By using this website or engaging Sugriv Data Recovery (“we”, “us”, “Sugriv”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Sugriv provides data recovery, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, IT support and enterprise technology services. Individual engagement scopes are defined in the quotation or service order signed by both parties.
You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device or authorised by the owner to submit it for service, and that the media does not contain unlawful content.
Fees are stated in the approved quotation. Emergency and priority engagements may incur additional charges. Payment terms are as specified on the invoice.
Sugriv treats all client data as confidential. Access is limited to engineers directly assigned to the case. On request, recovered data can be securely wiped from our systems after successful delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugriv's liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Data recovery outcomes depend on the physical and logical condition of the media. We do not guarantee recovery, but we always share honest, evidence-based diagnostics.
